Description: L.E.A.D. is a school program that any drug-free GHS student may join. The main goals of L.E.A.D. are to promote drug-free life styles and provide drug-free activities. L.E.A.D. is coordinated on the district level by a GHS Advisor and on the county level by an Advisor from the Ozaukee Council.

Participation: Students can join on one or more levels of membership. The Social Membership enables students to take part in a multitude of fun and interesting activities throughout the year (i.e. Red Ribbon Dance, Holiday Shopping in Chicago, L.E.A.D. Weekend at the Sheraton Inn, etc.) If they sign up for Cross-age Educator, they will take part in educating 5th graders throughout the district on the dangers of alcohol and other drugs. A third level is the L.E.A.D.-PRIDE Performance Team. Students at this level put on skits involving song and dance depicting the negative consequences of drug use. The 4th level is the In-School Advisory Board. Here, students meet once a week on Wednesdays over lunch, to plan and organize for upcoming events.
